  • Partners listing DR. GREENIC products on Amazon or other platforms must:

    • Maintain compliance with platform policies.

    • Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and branding.

    • Avoid duplicate listings to prevent account suspensions or penalties.

  • DR. GREENIC does not assume responsibility for platform-related issues, such as account deactivation.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments for bulk orders are accepted via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.

  • Late payments may result in order delays or suspension of partnership privileges.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged during transit.

  • Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
