Dr. Greenic Health Supplements Return Policy

 

At Dr. Greenic, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Receipt/Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened or used.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@drgreenic.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@drgreenic.com and send your item to: [Return Address].
